I had my Audi towed in for a persistent cylinder misfire, and Brenden, the owner, kept me updated with clear explanations, fair pricing, and honest repair recommendations. Since I was planning to trade in the car, I only did the necessary repairs, and they never tried to upsell me. Great service, fair prices, and trustworthy work. It’s become the go-to auto shop for everyone in our friend group. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Groats to have extensive work done on the A/C system, the cooling system and suspension. From the first time I called and spoke to Cassie, and then with Brendan until today when I picked my car up, I have been thoroughly impressed with these people. They are personable, professional and provide competent workmanship at reasonable prices. I have found my go to shop for all my automotive repair needs in this place and will be referring friends and family here. Took my Nissan Murano in for 100k mile service and had a great experience. The mechanic was honest, thorough, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Everything was done on time, pricing was much more reasonable than quoted elsewhere, and my car is running great. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended Groat’s Garage! We had an engine replaced and Brendan did some forward thinking in replacing plugs, checked the timing chain and more to make sure it was road safe and would run great! Most happy and will return as customers!
